Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who had Goligher 3rd or 4th degree hemorrhoids

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with a history of current calcium channel blocker use, ischemic heart disease, pregnancy, severe hypertension, orthostatic hypotension, previous anal operation, incarcerated hemorrhoid, or American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASA-PS) classification 3 and 4
