Inclusion criteria: A patient with asthma who meets the following criteria 1)A patient who was enrolled in the follow-up survey of patients with asthma in nine prefectures in Kansai & Hokuriku in 2004 2)A patient who was treated in the same institution in 2013 3)A patient who gave written informed consent to participation in the survey
