Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with pancreato-billiary cancer referred for EUS-guided fiducial placement for IGRT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.inability to reach the lesion due to other organ or vessel 2.coagulopathy 3.inability to understand and sign informed consent
