Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 16071 colorectal carcinomas excluding advanced carcinomas have been resected endoscopically or surgically in our center from April 2001 to Jun 2011. Of these, 717 submucosal invasive colorectal carcinomas were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: minor or those who did not agree
