Interventions
CT scanning is done during deep inspiratory and expiratory breath-hold with the patients who have COPD. Image analysis is performed using Apollo software. We investigate demographics, smoking history,
s Respiratory Questionnaire for COPD Patients), pulmonary function testing, 6-min- walk testing, and exacerbation history.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinically stable COPD patients
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with any other major pulmonary disease such as interstitial pneumonia, lung cancer, respiratory tract infection. Patients who cannot hold his breath enough. Patient judged to be inappropriate by physicians.
