Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who underwent colonoscopy for positive immnochemical fecal occult blood test at our hospital in 2011 were enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: inflammatory bowel disease, colectomy history, and incomplete colonoscopy
