Inclusion criteria: Patients with colorectal epithelial neoplastic lesion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with advanced colorectal inflammation 2)Patients with allergy to indigo carmine or acetic acid 3)pregnant patient 4) Patients who were judged to be unsuitable by doctors in attendance
