Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Histologically proven breast cancer. 2)4) Adequate organ functions: WBC >=3500/mm3 and <=12000/mm3, platelets >=100,000/mm3, hemoglobin >=8.0g/dL, total bilirubin <=1.5mg/dL, AST(GOT)/ALT(GPT) <=2.5 X UL, creatinine <=UL. 3)ECOG Performance status:0-2. 4)Expected survival over 3 months. 5)Age of 20 years or older. 6)female 7)Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Pregnant females, possibly pregnant females, females wishing to become pregnant. 2)Nursing mothers. 3)Prior radiotherapy, chemotherapy or hormone therapy. 4)Other patients who are unfit for the study as determined by the attending physician.
