Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age more than 20 years 2) Outpatients 3) Diabetic nephropathy in patients with peripheral arterial disease 4) Serum Creatinine<2.0mg/dl 5) Patients who themselves can voluntarily provide written consent to participate in this study, and can also follow the study protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Previous administration of pioglitazone or DPP-4 inhibitor as an oral hypoglycemic drug 2) 8.0% more than fasting HbA1c 3) Patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy 4) Patients with bleeding tendency 5) Severe hepatopathy/nephropathy or heart disease that may affect the evaluation of drug safety 6) Patients who are deemed to be inappropriate by the investigator or sub-investigators
