Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder who will newly receive indicated antipsychotics -Patients who have the records of medical history in past 1 year -Patients whom written informed consent is obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients who are participating in an investigational drug study -Patients who have or had diabetes
