Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Between the age 16 and 52 years old American Society of Anesthesiologists Class 1 or 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We ruled out the patients who had narrow nasal cavity previously and had medication likely to induce bleeding.
