Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: patients with chornic heart failure and refractory fluid retention in spite of furosemide (more than 60mg doses) treatment 2: past history of heart failure hospitalization within last one year 3: in hospital patients at the begining of study protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: patients with hypernatremia 2: patients with disturbance of consciousness 3: chronic hemodialysis patiets
