Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients receiving hemodialysis

MeasureTime frame
PK-PD analysis of daptomycin is performed. The Cmax/MIC and AUC/MIC values are determined. Furthermore, we assess the relationship between daptomycin blood concentration and side effects to specify the target concentration.
