Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patinets with difficult biliary cannulation ( more than 15 minutes even if expert hands failed). Successfully guidewire placement for pancreatic duct.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: *Patients being candidate not therapeutic ERCP *Patinets who showed coagulopathy.
