Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Definitive UC patients 2 Disease Activity Index is 6-12 points 3 Either inpatients or outerpatients 4 equal or more than 16 yeras-old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 patients have been entried to other clinical trial or clinical study 2 patients are planned to surgery
