Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: After lobectomy or bilobectomy After mediastinal nodal dissection ( at least 50%)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: After pneumonectomy In the condition where massive air leakage or massive bleeding is expected
