Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients had POAG or OH 2)Patents were likely to be controlled on glaucoma medication 3)IOP (hour 0) of >=22.0 mmHg and <=31.0 mmHg 4)Best corrected visual acuity of 0.5 or better
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Any active ocular disease other than glaucoma or OH 2)Active retinal disease 3)Ocular surgery within 3 months 4)History of keratorefractive surgery or filtering surgery 5)History of trabeculotomy in the study eye 6)Anticipated wearing of contact lenses 7)Uncontrolled systemic disease (eg, hepatic, renal, cardiovascular or endocrine system disease) 8)Women who were pregnant, nursing or who were of childbearing potential, or planning a pregnancy 9)Highly visual field loss (eg, the mean deviation <=15dB) 10)Corneal abnormalities that would preclude accurate readings with an applanation tonometer
