Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: HbA1c (JDS):more than 5.8% Type 2 diabetes Pts with written IC

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)severe ketosis, diabetic coma within 6 months 2)severe infection, before operation, severe trauma 3)pregnacy 4)Allergy for sitagliptin, nateglinide,liraglutide and exenatide 5)Patients judged by the investigator to be ineligible for some other reason
