In the intervention group 1, the printed reminder is mailed to the participants'
house from local government in December, 2012, in order to inform (a)they are due for screening, (b) morbidity of colorectal cancer, (c) 5-year survival rate by stage, (d) screening procedure.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The individuals selected for inclusion in the study meet the following criteria: (a) registered in the population registry of the local government as of October 2012; and (b) 46-69 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The excluded individuals in the study meet the following criteria: (a) those who receive free coupon provided by the local government; and (b) no recorded FOBT in the previous 7 months.
