Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients have diagnoses of chronic hepatitis B or liver cirrhosis type B or hepatocellular carcinoma. All healthy subjects do not have diagnoses of chronic diseases including hepatitis B and other malignancies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant females and the patients who have severe infectious diseases.
