Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Diagnosed critical limb ischaemia as Fontaine grade 3 or grade 4 at first medical examination. 2)Informed consent could be obtained within 12 weeks from their first medical examination. 3)Over 40 years old at first medical examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Joining another interventional studies. 2)have malignant tumor or have past histries. 3)Predicted to be difficult to take torso CT images. 4)Predicted to be difficult to follow-up at 1 or 2 years after.
