Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pancreatic psedocyst which did not respond to convervative treatment. Pseudocyst which is contact to stomach or duodenum Informed consent is obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Massive ascites Multiple organ failure Pregnancy
