Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who will undergo ESD for gastric mucosal neoplasms at Yokohama City University Medical Center

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age below 20, severe complication such as severe nausea after ESD, severe mental disease such as severe schizophrenia, hypersensitivity to PPI, severe hyperthyloidism, severe heart disease, severe renal dysfunction, severe liver dysfunction, expectant mothers
