Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) serum uric acid levels >7.0mg/dl 2) from 20yr to 84 yr 3) both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) known allergic reaction by febuxostat 2) severe renal and/or liver disease 3) pregnant women 4) inadequate candidate at a physician's discretion
