Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with a recent ischemic stroke (14 days >=). 2) Hypertensive patients (SBP =>140 mmHg and or DBP =>90 mmHg).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Age <65 years 2) modified Rankin Scale >4 3) NIHSS Best Language (Aphasia) score >1 4) NHISS Dysarthria score >1 5) Patients with pre-existing dementia 6) Patients who are not possible to communicate by mental disorder or disturbance of consciousness

The rate of change in the MoCA-J score and the MMSE score at 3, 12, 24 months after baseline.
