Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Ischemic heart disease, old myocardial infarction, acute myocardial infarction 2) Calplit lesion length >10mm and stenosis rate >70% with chest symptom or ST segment depression in loaded electro cardiogram (over Type B lesion in ACC/AHA guideline) 3) Patients with informed consent in paper

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Cardiogenic shock 2) Serum creatinine >2.0mg/dL 3) Revealed congestive heart failure 4) Judged inappropriated patients by Doctor
