Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Early gastric cancer which can be treated by endoscopic submucosal dissection according to third edition of Japanese gastric cancer treatment guidelines 2010.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Case with lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis.
