Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Alzheimer's disease patients who meet the criteria of DSM-IV-TR 2.MMSE score of 1-20 3.Severe AD patients who took Galantamine and Rivastigmine 4.The spouse or another caregiver has to accompany the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with dementia except AD 2.Patients with high serum Vitamine level 3.Patients who are allergic to donepezil
