Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: * coronary artery disease requiring PCI * elective case * chronic kidney disease with estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) less than 30 or eGFR between 30 and 45 with proteinuria (urine protein / Cr > 0.015 or urine microalbumin / Cr >30)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: * Maintenance dialysis is started before PCI * Insufficient renal protection with saline or bicarbonate transfusion * plan of schedule surgery * renal transplantation * no indication of PCI * Others
