Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with known or suspected ischemic heart disaese who underwent both 2D speckle tracking echocardiography and late gadolinium enhanced magnetic resonance imaging

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Arrhythmia(atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter) Myocardial infarction within last 30 days Significant valvular disease Non ischemic cardiomyopathy Contraindication to MRI examination (Sever renal dysfunction: eGFR<30ml/min/1.73m2, Claustrophobia, After pacemaker implantation etc, Patients who cannot hold breathe for about 10 seconds due to dyspnea)
