Inclusion criteria: 1 Adult 2 Advanced cancer 3 Morphine for refractory dyspnea 4 Receivinfg specialied palliative care services 5 STAS-J of 2 or more 6 ECOG PS of 3 or 4 7 CCS of 2 or less

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Medical contraindication to morphine 2 Drainage of pleural effusion
