Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with coronary artery disease at a stable condition and stable patients with more than one conventional coronary risk factors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe valvular disease cardiomyopathy significant inflamatory disease neoplasms trauma current use of incretin related drugs unstable condition

Correlation between plasma levels of active GLP-1 and coronary artery disease. 1. presence of coronary artery disease 2. endothelial function 3. Composite endopoint of cardiovascular death, non-fatal myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, non-fatal ischemic stroke, re-hospitalization for HF, or coronary revascularization
