Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with limb and/or hip intractable pain (post-herpetic neuralgia, disc herniation, lumbar spine vertebral disease, and peripheral neuropathic pain) , the resistant to medication and nerve block therapy, of admitted to the University Hospital in Kobe

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient who do not agree the present reserch 2)Patient who is deemed inappropriate by attending doctor.
