Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who meet all the following criteria for selection. (1), 20 years old or older, is the patients for all sex. (2) The patients who had diagnosis of lumbal spinal canal stenosis by a diagnosis support tool and MRI. (3) The patients who had diagnosis of arteriosclerosis obliterans with API (<1.0) or TB I (<= 0.6). (4) The patients whom improvement of the VAS (visual analogue scale) score of the pain of lower extremities was not seen in even if took an oral agent (LSCS therapeutic drug, PAD therapeutic drug) more than one month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The Lipo PGE1 injection administration contraindication patients patients with serious heart failure The patients who have bleeding (intracranial bleeding, haemorrhage of digestive tract, hemoptysis) woman who may be pregnant patients with hypersensitivity for this medicine (2) Patients whom a purpose of this study cannot understand
