Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unruptured intracranial aneurysms measuring 4 to 10 mm and Dome to Neck ratio is 1.5 or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with contraindication of either cilostazl, aspirin or clopidogrel. Patients expecting pregnancy
