Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)>= 20 years old. 2)ECOG performance status of <= 2. 3)Written informed consent. 4)Meet the following criterion A , B or C. A)endoscopic evaluation is scheduled for neoplastic lesion of esophagus, stomach, colon or rectum. B)EMR or ESD is scheduled for early stage cancer of esophagus, stomach, colon or rectum. C)surgery, chemotherapy or radiation is scheduled for advanced cancer of the target organ. D)diagnosed as ulcerative colitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Impossible to temporary discontinue anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication. 2)Women during pregnancy or breast-feeding. 3)Psychosis. 4)Ileus, obstruction or perforation of the digestive tract has been diagnosed or is suspected. 5)Active bacterial or fungal infection. 6)History of myocardial infarction or unstable angina pectoris within three months. 7)Uncontrollable hypertension.
