Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who will undergo pancreatic resection (PD, SSPPD, PPPD, DP)

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with inflammatory lesion 2) Patients with allergy for antibiotics 3) Patients who were deemed inappropriate for medical reasons
