Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Female full-time office workers 2) Participants work on a VDU more than 4 hours a day 3) Participants report local discomfort in the area of neck and/or shoulder regions at a level of 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) BMI (Body Mass Index) is more than 25 2) Having sign and symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders, especially, in the area of neck, shoulder and arms, and trunk, caused by accident
