Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients must have cancer that has been histologically or cytologically confirmed. Age >= 65 years Ability to complete questionnaire(s) by themselves or with assistance. Provide informed written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medical, social or psychological factors which would interfere with consent and follow up Co-morbid systemic illnesses or other severe concurrent disease which, in the judgment of the investigator, would make the patient inappropriate for entry into this study
