Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. type 2 diabetes 2. aged; 20 years 3. diabetes duration; 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. type 1 diabetes 2. secondary diabetes 3. alcoholism 4. severe depression or severe psychological condition 5. malignancy 6.severe renal dysfunction or dialysis; anemia; and rheumatoid arthritis
