Doripenem is administered once as intravenous drip infusion with 0.5 g 3 times per day to a patient with localized peritonitis. Doripenem is administered once as intravenous drip infusion with 1 g 3

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient with the acute appendicitis which chose the medical treatment by an antibiotic
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patient who has a medical treatment history by an antibiotic to acute appendicitis. The patient who is experienced in allergy to doripenem. The patient who is treated with valproate sodium. A patient with renal dysfunction (less than [ Ccr 50ml ]).
