Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients with colorectal polyp 2)Patients with gastric or duodenal ulcer scar and helicobacter pylori infection
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with previous colectomy 2)Patients with malignancy 3)Patients with intiated or changed anitidiabetic, antidyslipidemic, or antiinflammatory drugs 4)Patients with gastric or duodenal ulcer in the acute phase 5)Patients with severe infection or trauma 6)Patients druing pregnancy or lactation 7)Patients with severe liver dysfunction or renal insufficiency 8)Patients who received steroid therapy 9)Patients who were allergic to Helicobacter pylori eradication drugs 10)Patients who cann not take written informed consent 11)Patients determined to be inappropriate by phyysician
