Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients having intermittent claudication with ABI less than 0.9

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with bleeding tendency 2. patients on maintenance hemodialysis 3. patients on cilostazol or beraprost sodium
