Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 healthy normal volunteers 2 men and / or women, age equal to or greater than 20 years old 3 Written informed consent after explanation of the study procedures and risks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 past history of substance abuse including alcohol 2 anti-depressant and/or anti-psychotic agents within the past 3 months 3 smoking history for the past 2 years 4 women with pregnancy, breast feeding or the possibility of recent pregnancy. 5 No written informed consent 6 any other conditions not suitable for the healthy volunteer study
