Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All trauma patients transferred to the specialized facilities or others of a similar nature established by The Japanese Association for The Surgery of Trauma.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are transferred from another hospital, cardiac arrest, or with burn injury.
