Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent AVR operation using bioprosthetic valve.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: hyperlipidemia coronary artery disease malignancy

Primary outcomes: Velocity and pressure gradient of bioprosthetic aortic valve (6, 12, 24, 36 months after AVR)
