Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients treated for hematological malignancy with either chemothrapy or hematopoietic stem cell transplant at Keio University Hospital and require CVC insertion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who did not consent to be included in the study.
