Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diabetic patients treated with diet and exercise therapy (2) Diabetic patients treated with oral anti-diabetic drugs approved by the Health, Labour and Welfare Ministry of Japan (3) Poor controlled diabetic patients treated with oral anti-diabetic drugs except DPP-4 inhibitors (4) Diabetic patients treated with insulins or GLP-1 agonists (5) Diabetic patients who's HbA1c(NGSP) is ranged from 6.9 to 9.4%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with diabetic ketoacidosis or diabetic coma or type 1 diabetes (2) Patients with severe liver injury or severe renal insufficiency (3) Patients with severe infection or preoperative period or traumatic injury (4) Anti-GAD antibody positive patients (5) Pregnant or nursing woman (6) Patients with having past history of allergic event (7) Patients suffered from severe Cardiovascular events before 6 months (8) Ineligible patients for any other reasons
