Inclusion criteria: ASA1-2 patients aged 20-69 years undergoing tympanoplasty by general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who have anticipated difficult tracheal intubation, risk factors for perioperative aspiration of gastric contents or respiratory tract symptom
