Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)outpatients and inpatients who take DPP-4 Inhibitor with a diet and moderate exercise more than two months 2)20<=Age<80 3)patients who agree to join the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)past history of the allergy to Bifidobacterium 2)patients who are judged to be ineligible by the investigator for some reason 3)HbA1c(NGSP)>=10%
